Certificate Solutions, LLC is offering you a new certificate tracking service.  This service will significantly reduce your labor and expense tracking incoming insurance certificates.  Let us handle the time consuming task of managing your certificates.

	We can track up to six (6) types of insurance and allow you to establish minimum required coverage and limits for each type of insurance.
	We can scan all certificates, associate each certificate with a subcontractor, and retain the certificate image for viewing and printing.
	We can scan and read into our program the pertinent data from original standard Marsh and Acord 25-S certificates, creating new records and replacing/renewing coverages.
	We can track insurance compliance for certificates received, expiration of coverage, 30-day cancellation notice, primary insurance, etc.
	We can track certificates by Projects, Properties, and/or Departments.
	We can track endorsement compliance for items such as primary insurance, waiver of subrogation, stop-gap, and other custom requirements.
	If your subcontractors do not meet your minimum coverage requirements, we will send a letter requesting that they increase their coverage amounts.
	We will also send your subcontractors a letter when their certificate on file has expired.
	We can create detailed and summary management exposure reports and publish them to the TCI website for your viewing.
