Threlkeld and Company Insurance Agency is dedicated to providing timely and comprehensive service to all of its customers. One of the ways of accomplishing this is by structuring a department dedicated to claims. We constantly strive to develop and implement procedures that effectively assist our clients in the process of claims reporting.
The Claims Department processes liability, automobile and property claims and provides assistance with workers compensation claims. The Claims Department also provides response to questions an insured may have after a claim has been reported to the company.
