You have the choice to call your insurance company direct or give our claims department a call.
Our claims specialists, Wanda Lock-Troquille and Paula Malone are available for all of our clients to turn in claims and receive claims assistance. They have years of experience and expertise to assist in your time of need.
We have even had claimants against our insureds that have moved their insurance to our agency because of the excellent service they received.
